I'm feel so fortunate to be able to prepare my family from scratch organic meals each morning for breakfast, packed lunch and at night for dinner. I do however know of people with dual working parents who work long hours and a crock pot meal each night is not appealing. Just thought I'd throw out there another side of a place like Seattle Sutton's! My neighbors buy from a vegan form of this business and love the well balanced meals they receive. They add a protein to it when necessary, but have a great meal for their family when they get home from work right at dinner time.

Thanks for your great products! Our favorite are your duplex sandwich cremes. My dairy free daughter loves them...I was actually at your site to make sure they are milk protein free because we've added that to her diet today.

Speaking of local, I can't find on your website or on Amazon where Country Choice products are grown and processed. I am especially interested in your organic steel cut oats. Why not proudly display country of origin for all your products on your website and on Amazon?

Let me preface my comment by saying that my family eats about 90% organic food, and the rest is GMO-free fare from the two major grocery store chains whose product lines are GMO-free.

I know we have a GMO label implied in the organic, but for other products, I would still love to know if it was GMO-free. Sometimes we don't have the money to buy organic, but we certainly don't want GMOs lurking about.

One last thing, no company should be allowed to use the word natural if it contains GMOs. I know the word natural is unregulated, but its use is hurting organic farmers and companies as it diverts money into very questionable products.

Thanks for the tasty oatmeal cookies! I love them!

I just came to your website because I've been buying some of your products from my local grocery for a few months now and EVERYTHING we buy is just fantastic. Now in my 3rd month of my 3rd pregnancy and plagued by the same nausea that has gripped me my previous 2 times, I've also discovered that your Snacking Ginger Snaps are working to control the afternoon wave that hits me. Just a few, of course. :)

On the topic of this blog specifically I could not more heartily agree! I try to guide my family to making exactly these sorts of decisions every single day. Local, organic, mindfully made, REAL food is what we mostly let enter our mouths and bellies. Even - and especially - when it's time for a treat. :)

I couldn't agree more with this blog post! After watching Food, Inc. I've been investigating some of the food in my cabinets to see who really produces it. I've come across your website after looking at the different oatmeal in my cabinet and you guys seem like a company that really gets it. I love your products and wish you the best of luck!

Recently my wife bought home from her workplace Oatmeal on the Run Nutrition bars, they were great! But they stopped selling them at Pala Casino where she works and I could not find them on your web site. Did you discontinue them?
