stretch your muscles and increase your mental focus. Biking, in-line skating,

And if you want to make exercise
really interesting, get creative. Build an obstacle course with your friends.
Invent your own moves for your favorite sport. Create a dance routine to
your favorite song. Go sledding or build a snow fort. Whatever you do, make
fitness your favorite thing to do!
